SYA Media is working to be your ONE STOP for autism-based  information.

1. Is SYA Media a 501(c)(3)?

Yes. It is registered, and confirmed by GuideStar as a charity that can accept donations.

2. Is SYA Media Tax-Exempt?

Yes.  It is deemed on the IRS website as a Tax-Exempt Organization since 2017.

3. What method of payment does SYA Media accept for donations?

Currently, we accept PayPal, Major Credit Cards, and in-person cash.  In the near future, we will accept Crypto currency.

4. What does SYA Media do with the donations it collects?

Donations go towards programming, operations and overhead. A majority goes towards producing quality autism-based shows.

5. Who does SYA Media serve?

We serve the US autism population (all ages) and their support system. This includes parents/guardians, siblings, friends, doctors, therapists, teachers and anyone interested in learning about autism.

6. Is there anyone on the spectrum that currently works at SYA Media?

Unfortunately no.  No one on the spectrum has applied. We encourage and welcome people on the spectrum to work at SYA Media. It is their channel.  We are looking for both employees and volunteers on the spectrum.

7. Who do I contact for Programming or Feedback?

Please email contact@syamedia.org with "Programming/Feedback" in the Subject line.

8. What do I do if I have a problem with a product I purchased?   

Please refer to the product's receipt for refund or exchange policy.

9. Do you do product placement?

Yes, only for products and services that are beneficial to the autism community.

10. How can I become a corporate sponsor?
